The Female Awareness self defense course is designed to make you more aware, prepared, and ready for any situation that may occur in your everyday life on any given day. This course differs from other self defense classes in that they start from the point of attack, and since I believe attacks begin before it becomes physical, we teach how to avoid the attack altogether.

I designed the Female Awareness self defense course as a one time, two hour class because I know how busy we all are in our day to day lives. This class is not scary, but rather confident building, fun and engaging. Take the class with your mom, daughter, sister, friend, neighbor or colleague and see how it bonds you in a whole new way.
Once you take the Open Enrollment class you can then practice anytime with our one hour Physical Refresher class.

This class is suitable for ages 11 & up.

Safety items are available at the class for $5 & $10 each
